BECOME A MEMBER

With the vast amount of changes in Colorado State Law being implemented now, and the changes that have already taken effect in regard to education requirements, HVCC, and the 1004MC form,  it is imperative that appraisers have first hand knowledge as to how these changes effect the appraisal profession. 

NCAREA was founded to meet the appraisal educational needs of Colorado appraisers and to provide those needs at a reasonable cost. There is a link at the top of the page for an application to membership. Membership dues are only $100.00 a year ( 6 meetings).  As of January 1, 2011 the dues for new and renewing members was increased to $100.00.

Each meeting will provide at least 2 hours of continuing education for the State of Colorado.
