The Northern Colorado Association of Real
Estate Appraisers (NCAREA) was formed to provide appraisers an organization
with: universal membership eligibility, regionally
relevant continuing education opportunities, opportunities to exchange
ideas and information with peers in an informal setting, opportunities to associate
with appraisers having expertise in a variety of property types or geographical
areas, and opportunities for other professionals to become
acquainted with working appraisers.
We meet the second Monday of
even numbered months (February, April, etc.) at the Ramada Plaza, 10 East
120th Avenue, Northglenn, Colorado 80233. Meeting format: informal mixer
from 5:00 p.m., general information 6:45 p.m., and seminar 7:00 p.m. Our
dues are $100 per year.
Guests are always welcome at Northern Colorado Association of
Real Estate Appraisers meetings. There is no cost for the guests to attend
meetings. However, guests do not receive continuing education credit (CE).
(CAREA Members will receive CE).
